Il Consiglio d’Amministrazione di InfraMed Infrastructure Fund ha scelto Renato Ravanelli tra i membri indipendenti del proprio Comitato Investimenti. La selezione, che si è avvalsa di cacciatori di teste e che ha previsto colloqui a Parigi, ha individuato due ulteriori Consiglieri in Andrew Erskine Friend (ex Amministratore Delegato del Gruppo John Laing) e Enrique Fuentes (ex Direttore delle Sviluppo del Gruppo Ferrovial).
InfraMed, nato nel maggio 2010, è uno dei principali fondi infrastrutturali del Mediterraneo. Con una raccolta iniziale di 385 milioni e partecipato da cinque Investitori istituzionali – l’italiana Cassa Depositi e Prestiti; la francese Caisse des Dépôts et de Consignations; la European Investment Bank; EFG Hermes (Egitto) e la Caisse de Dépôts et de Gestion del Marocco – focalizza le proprie attività sui bacini Sud ed Est del Mediterraneo nei settori dell’energia, dei trasporti e delle infrastrutture urbane.
RENATO RAVANELLI JOINED INFRAMED’S INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
Renato Ravanelli was selected by the board of directors of Inframed Infrastructure Fund among the independent members of its investment committee. During the selection, which was performed by head-hunters and included interviews in Paris, Andrew Erskine Friend (former CEO of the John Laing Group) and Enrique Fuentes (former head of development at the Ferrovial Group) were identified as new board members.
Founded in May 2010, Inframed ranks among the major infrastructure funds in the Mediterranean region. With an initial raised asset of 385 million Euros and the participation of five institutional investors – Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (Italy), Caisse des Dépôts et de Consignations (France), the European Investment Bank, Caisse de Dépôts et de Gestion (Morocco) and EFG Hermes (Egypt) – Inframed’s activities are mainly focused on the energy, transportation and urban infrastructure sectors in the South-East areas of the Mediterranean region.
